The streets of Paraguay, a series where we take a look at the neighborhoods of the capital of Paraguay, Asencion. Is Latin America as dangerous as the media tries to make it or not? So now we are in the border of Pamora and Recoleta.

Pamora over there Marisal Lopez. This is Recoleta. Where can we find in Recoleta? I say there is the border because actually this is also shopping and then we have shopping Mariscal. two great uh shopping malls, but here we have more than that.

It's an area that I love a lot. Beautiful streets. I love it. I'm also looking at the phone, but you can't you can't negate it. Yeah, this is like a hike. It feels like a hike when you're walking around here. As I was saying, shopping bamora, it's this one.

Shopping Marisal Lopez. Two different neighborhoods. This one, I like it more. This is much smaller, Bamora. It's more old school. This one has better shops. Uh there's a great gift shop over here. I bought a few gifts for for people that I want to take care of.

And in Recalleta, you have actually really good shops and restaurants. For example, one that you have to visit is Hotel Lamion. It's one of the the best ones in Paraguay. It's in the top five for sure. Then you have you have Oawusho.

Ousho is this chur rascaria. This Brazilian rodio that you can enjoy in so many places of Brazil. You've seen in Florianopoulos, Rio de Janeiro, S. Paulo. I lost Rodisios and you can find here as well. It's a great place to do the chip in the beginning so you have the satellite effect.

Then they bring you only the best cuts of meat and you can really enjoy the dinner. They serve you much much faster. So do it in Okao. You have different restaurants that are top-notch here. It's a very coveted area for real estate.

It's a place where they are increasing the prices crazily. And actually some of the people we're going to interview for real estates are building here. So are developing new towers that will make the whole area to appreciate even more.

Shopping mariskal has this area loa and then has this other one and plenty of restaurants. Come here. You can work with your laptop. You can have meetings. Very chill. There's one here for healthy food that I like a lot. I should remember the name, but it's been a while that I'm not here.

But it's going to be on the first class map actually. If you just request us the first class map of Asunion, it's going to be there for sure. Like Oh, Laerta. I There we go. That's the name. Thank you, universe. You reminded me.

So, Laerta, it's great quantities of food, very healthy. You find a lot of international influence. Korean, Japanese, Chinese food. So, Italian, a lot of Italian pizza, pizza, a la vera pizza, Napoleana, like restaurant Pinella.

You have many buffets as well. So, if you like buffet style, you can come to this area. Really good ones. And the street art, we captured already a few, but you can see that graffitis and paintings on the walls are beautiful.

Check this out. Outdoor areas. People socialize here. But it's not the top top notchotch of paranite life across the street. And usually the best meetings for business purposes, higher positions in the government, that's a good place.

Actually, if they catch you doing something dodgy here, for example, let's say you take a car and you park it incorrectly or you are driving against the proper direction of the car here, you will have to bribe the police because they will start writing you a fine and everything, but they can also say, "Look, how do you want to resolve this?" And they usually want the biggest notes. They want 100,000 guies. So, that's the price of the the bribe thing.

Well, now that you know what they will ask you for, how beautiful this is decorated. I've seen it improve, improve, improve. They changed these paintings on the wall. So yeah, next time that you come, you might see something a bit different.

But yeah, it's always elegant. It's always beautiful. Saturday, we had the the visit to the other hotel. They had a wedding. It looks like they are having a wedding here. So Saturdays, you might expect going to beautiful hotels and have the weddings or parties, especially in summer season where people celebrate more.

This is what $100,000 buys you in Paraguay. One of the most frequent questions we get asked is to showcase the real estate of Paraguay, which includes the apartment with a balcony, rooftop area, pool, barbecue area, parking garage, and reception. So, this is an apartment inside the apartment.

This is it. As you can see, raw footage because I got to jump on a call like really quickly. But I wanted to show you how I'm using the space. Sorry for the disorder. You know, if that even bothers you through the screen. I just have like the clothes here hanging, drying, like because I'm actually seeing the experience that people will have living here.

Like even if I'm an investor, even if you never live in one of these apartments that give you 7 to 10% ROI per year in cash flow, these are the views that your guests will have when you receive them or not you when the company that receives them via Airbnb because you just put the money and forget about it, you know, and then the building appreciates, the your apartment appreciates and you receive the money every month to your bank account. Easy, easy as that. But this is the experience they're going to get.

You know, people will pay Airbnb here. By the way, this is $44 per night. Now, during summer, it's actually peak summer in Asunion. So, remember the summer, it's November, December, January. You know, it's hot as hell. It's like a sauna.

And this is the bathroom we have here. So, pretty small shower, but it has everything that you need, right? So, the sink and everything. We have the room right over here that again used bed because I'm actually here. I have some clothes hanging.

Who cares? But you can you can see, right? You can see that they have this here, this space. You have some more in this area. Let me show you. Okay, you have some stuff. Just the basics iron and the ironing board. And then as well this views.

You can go out and you can see as right. It's building. It's building a lot. So now it looks like this. But cranes, cranes, cranes, cranes over there, cranes over there. You even see the river. So you have a bit of water. They are burning something in there.

But it's it's pretty low now, but in the future when you come, you're going to see that it's much much more developed. Like every year, every time I come, like every 3 months, there's three new towers. It's crazy. But here you have the the view.

Just a quick look around. You can work from this laptop. The internet, it's pretty fast. It's pretty damn fast. Like 150 to 100 megabytes per second download. If you're a content creator, upload is around 120, 110. It's pretty fast to load things.

You have an oven. You have the fridge. Like basically everything you would look at. And let's go. I'll show you around briefly. It's the seventh floor. All the locks are digital, so you don't have to worry about your guests losing the keys or things like that.

They just come this 9 and subsuel SS, which is the parking. We're going to go to the T rooftop. We have the tiny gym. Tiny tiny tiny gym. We have a pool. We have the kincho. Kincho is like the barbecue area. Ko. So very very popular.

Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay. So as you can see, gym usually it's closed. Yeah, it's closed. You need to ask for the key to reception, but you have the weights, but very very small. Like this is sauna. This is so hot. So this is a sauna right now.

We should be like 35 36°. Let me check the weather here in real time. This is completely unfiltered so you can see the reality in Asum. I'm I'm telling the truth. 36°. This is 2 p.m. 3 minutes to 2 p.m. 157. And just a few weights.

And here, jaywalking is not a problem. Just need to be fast. You got to watch where you walk here. That's the beauty of having raw footage. Come to your own conclusion. the streets of Asunion. More things about Paraguay, flower shops, top brands, you find Porsche, BMW.

It's easy to find quality if you come to the right neighborhood. You don't usually have issues with the police except for that altercation over there. There's something happening there. But it's pretty safe. Police is chill. If it's a speed thing, you can easily solve it, if you know what I mean.

Usually when you go to the countryside, if they see that you are a foreigner, they will stop you just because you are a foreigner. They will want money. But again, to solve it, it's not the end of the world. It's a place that you can enjoy, I would say, some special deals if you know the right person.

It can be a double-edged sword. It can go in your favor, but also the wrong person paying somebody can get you in troubles pretty easily. So it's one of these countries that the level of contacts that you have matters. That's why you want to have the best allies in different departments of the city next to you, not against you.

Lawyers, accountants, police officers, immigration officers, so on so forth. But that takes time or you need to know what I call the super connectors, which is somebody that can plug you in their network and sort out things. But that means this the system to just drain the water.

As you can see, it's really effective. One of the best in the world. No, but now not joking. Paraguay has one of the top reserves of water in Latin America. And I would even say the world. I don't know if it's number five of the world, something like that.

Drinkable water. So makes Paraguay, not just Aunion, but Paraguay the country, a great place for you to have a plan B. one of these countryside farms where you can have the vegetables and you don't have to worry about water, money cannot be eaten or drunk.

So if one day it happens that money is not valuable or there's an emergency and you need to refuge yourself, having access to water, it's going to be so important. That's why billionaires are buying hectares of land and farm because eventually that's what provides survival. I'm just jumping from topic to topic as we walk together around Bilamora.

By the way, this is the neighborhood here. Sun is the strong or the strongest December, January. Why? Because these are the months of summer, peak summer in Paraguay, South Pole, South equator. So when in Europe or North America, it's cold.

You come here and you enjoy beautiful summers, great weather. It's a bit too hot sometimes. You can get 33 35° C pretty easily because there's also no coast. It's inland and you can easily tell that. Check the buses. Pretty old school.

And here jaywalking is not a problem. Just need to be fast. There are not as many regulations. For example, you don't have to put the seat belt when you are on a taxi. You don't have these regulations from Europe. Oh yeah, Paraguay gives me a lot of freedom.

I come to Paraguay, the land of the free. True, but also less regulations, but the quality of life it's also different. What do I like here in Pamora? I'm going to give you some recommendations. Number one, we have Factoriia Hotel, like one of my top five for sure.

That's where you can enjoy your money. We also have Marriott. If you want to use points, you can go to a loft. It's not a top top hotel. It's a okay hotel, but you can pay with points. Then El Cafeda, which is the other corner of La Factoriia Factori Hotel.

It's pretty good. You have kingfish, you have By the way, if you want access to this map, just let us know if you're a client. Send us a message on your group, your private group, say, "Hey, the first class map of Assumun is going to send it to you." That being said, more things here.

You have Sazilbar, you have Ni. It's a great shop for camera equipment. So, if you need to buy lenses, drones, mics, it's fantastic. Now, if you want sushi, you have Kaiski Sushi Bar. Really, really good. It's on the more expensive end, but everything is in this area.

We're gonna just take one more street to the left. You got to watch where you walk here. Like check that out. Like literally this this little lake that you find there. I hope that they are going to improve this. Take 10 seconds to to check the streets like this this it's so behind.

I hope that they're going to repair it soon or make it easier because that would help the city just develop much more and attract higher level people like because if an investor comes here and wants to drop $10 million but then has this has to have other reasons to drop $10 million versus dropping them in a more developed city cuz that's the thing after you live here 1 month 2 months that anybody can do right living here 1 year 2 years 5 years seeing yourself 10 years in you need to live a lot in the city or you don't care. You just want a a place here. You must have a reason.

And the question for you is what's your reason? Because there's so many people putting money here. I'm not saying it's not a good investment. It can be a fantastic investment. But that's why I say always, hey, come to the place, feel it, and see that it's not all shiny glitter.

That there are many things that do not work properly and you need to be aware of. That's why I'm shooting this raw for you to realize that maybe I should consider this a bit more before putting money. Also the other question is what if they change the tax regulations and it's not anymore the tax heaven of the 0% tax is the territorial tax system.

What if par had a 10% tax? They can do that change any day and you're going to leave. You're going to be merciless. It's like lost the best investment that you had and you know thinking that this would be amazing but then they change laws.

But actually just telling you, yeah, this is beautiful. This is This is perfect. Oh, look at the electricity. But look at this house, you know. Very walkable as the quality of the air. It's okay. It's not that good. Especially when you are in one of these highways, it's not that good, but here it's okay.

Here it's fine. They also have tuk tuks. It's not a tuk tuk, but it's kind of kind of a a three-wheeler. Welcome to Paraguay. Uh contrast all around. We are about to arrive to a super luxurious hotel. And look at the neighborhood over here.

This is what we have. a block away. So, still very untapped sidewalks. It is what it is. You know, beer here dropped on the floor. Glass destroyed maybe from who knows what accident, fight, robbery, the streets of Asunion. So, yeah, still very untapped.

If you want to come here as entrepreneur, take an idea from let's say from America and make it pop here, be like, "Wow, let's bring that concept from Bali or Tulum or Miami or Europe." that type of business here in Asunion, it can work. I mean, you still have a lot of room. This place has a lot of room to grow at no problem.

The same way that we jwalk, we are also aware that the cars sometimes don't stop on the side on the crosswalks and it's fine. Dealerships, Volvo, as I said, Porsche, BMW, as we shoot more videos like this, you're going to see it around and come to your own conclusion, you know. And the good thing is, one, you don't have to come and walk as much as I do.

Two, you can watch me at 2x the speed. So you save the time free. You get all of these drops of knowledge from somebody who've lived here for almost 3 years coming and going different seasons. We arrived. You could see we were close to one of the shopping malls.

Yes, that's how we like it. luxury and sketchy at the same time and building building building all the time.

Cranes and all these structures. Check it out. This this city is just like building. The developers are going crazy here. But pretty nice. This is a beautiful hotel. I highly recommend it to you. It's in our first class map. I think you're going to love it.

For those who don't know me, because you're somebody who's permanent resident in Paraguay on the way to the citizenship of Paraguay and I've been living here for a while, multiple seasons. I'm showing you around. Actually, this is part of a series of videos from different neighborhoods in Paraguay, showing you the real stuff.

This is a on purpose unedited type of videos. So, you can see from the parking here, they look like this. The gentleman here just sitting and chilling always with the mate available which is yerva mate stimulant but with burnt sugar that's what they [music] call here elosido and they drink it all day every day is [music] a tradition similar to argentina you know they say that when kids are born they are born with the turmo on the here on the armpit because they literally that's what they do all day every day part of why it's pretty It's the same three neighboring countries.

Where is Paraguay? Well, does not have coast. It's inland neighboring Brazil, neighboring uh Argentina. Very close to do. It's a Saturday. So, everything you see here, it's a bit different. Saturdays and Sundays are more chill.

People go out. Now, it's summer. So, summer in Paraguay, January, December, this area. Kaiski sushi bar. By the way, this is really good. Uh, when you come here, something that I order, I come here, came here multiple times. You order like the best one they have.

Don't focus on the price. Just get the best. And that's something pretty cool actually. That's a tip for you. When you come to Paraguay, you want to always order the best. Like, don't even bother looking at the menu. Just ask the waiter, "What's the best you have in here?" And he's going to tell you, "Then you this, this, perfect.

Let's go." and you're going to have amazing experiences because they sometimes create these splatters or these fancy decoration. They put the best products and the total cost might be like $30, $40 for the best dish they have in pretty much any top restaurant in Asunion. So, a couple of these dishes maybe $80.

You're going to have a feast with $80 in Paraguay. You're going to have a feast. Oh my god. Relicious country. They have a lot of parroas like this one. Parroia San Jose oro. There you go. All around. All around prayers and little chapels centers they gather.

This is a repurposed small football field. Maybe previous even basketball field. And yeah, now it's a parking lot. Some of the things, by the way, Korean market. That makes me think that Paraguay right now is full of experts like Koreans, Japanese, of course, Germans.

you know that this is soon going to be a a German colony similar to what happened in Spain with the Baleric Islands. It's happening here in Paraguay. German people coming here investing a lot of German legal teams that help people relocate permanent residencies, constructors, developers, they come with EOS and then they build towers in Wanice and game over.

They are developing like like this was kids games. Kids play. They're just crazy. Like not Germans, but all the developers, they're just let's go. They're building the whole city. They're just milking the thing while it lasts.

Because also rentals here are not that expensive. Some Airbnbs are putting some tourist prices. So years ago, the first time I came like $60, $80. Now 140 150 you can find like the the luxury ones. So they are catching up. They're seeing that other countries are doing it in a more expensive way and they're like, "Yep, wait, let me charge more for this American or European, etc." So, it's changing.

It's clearly changing. But anything cars related, motorbikes related, it's fantastic here. You find all the dealerships, great mechanics, everything is affordable. So, you can enjoy fast motorbikes. You can have Ninja Kawasaki.

Some friends of mine here just like going with Ninja Kawasakis. They love it. luxury cars, fast cars, SUVs, anything you want. And it's still a place you can live a first class life pretty affordably. Let me get here because the same way that they don't care with uh driving, if they hit you, they will not care.

I will just go. But even if you have to go to a hospital, I did not have to. So I know I don't I did not have to try insurancees or, you know, health insurance how it works here or the hospitals or private health. But I know people who gave birth of the family right in Paraguay.

So a first class citizen for example that decided to have the kid being born in Paraguay because the lady his woman is from Paraguay. So he said yeah let's have it here the kid. So also place that some experts first class citizens just for a few days to get the residency done with us and then love happens.

They marry a Paraguayan or they have a kid with a Paraguayan woman and the rest is history because women here are still with traditional values. You can find them. There's there's two types actually. There's a a huge culture of only fans here.

It's incredible. Photography, videos, even towers like they all rent in the same tower, the same building. 10 apartments in the same tower. They are all doing only fun. Then they do content just going to each other's room and each other's balconies and rooftops and pools.

So they share a photographer and they just pump the content. They they have it like a a business here all around. So you have that and then you have the traditional woman more traditional values of wanting to have this masculine feminine.

So you find both. Then you have to decides which one you want.

Let's say you had a company in Canada. Instead of owning that Canadian company, you should get a company in Singapore to own that Canadian company. And then that company in Singapore should be owned by a trust in the Cook Islands, which is then owned by an entity in Benoatu off the coast of Australia.

Because even the police, they can break the laws of their own country relatively easily, but they can't break the laws of foreign nations. So now they have to talk to five or six different governments, some of which are very small, slow to reply backlogs, and it makes it extremely difficult for them to get the bottom of anything. This is why the rich do what they do.

Yeah, this is true. You can own a company and then have it owned by another company or as you said by an entity, can be a foundation, could be a holding company, could be a trust. So you're making difficult to trace back. Of course, they can just it's going to take more time and be more difficult.

And if let's say it's not a government but somebody trying to sue you. Well, good luck because for example in Cook Islands they need to hire a local lawyer. They need to put even a deposit over $100,000 to start this suing process.

So it's extremely difficult compared to oh I have a company in Canada. Somebody from Canada tries to sue me. I'm screwed. So if you want to create these layers I have a full video talking about what I call the ghost structure.

Since November 2019, I've been traveling full-time and I spent a bunch of time in Latin America, close to four years. So, I will share what I've felt, what I've seen, what I've smelled, what I've heard. Something that might be difficult to perceive on YouTube or pictures so you can get a more tangible, full of details description of what living in Latin America looks like.

The first thing is you cannot generalize and that's something I completely hate generalizing a whole country because you've spent 3 days there. Oh, I spent 3 days in Plato Carmen and Mexicans are like this or Colombians are like that or Argentinians for a week there or a month there. Argentinians are like this.

It's difficult to say and especially depending on the area that you've been. you're going to be treated completely different. If you're a foreigner, if you are a gringo that they'll call you if you come from Canada, from Australia, from any other place in the world and you cannot blend in, you're a gringo there.

You're white, you're a gringo. You're blonde, blue eyes, you're a gringo. So, they can treat you completely different depending on the town you land. If you go to Waka in Mexico, you have this delicious chocolate. You have the crickets.

You have a lot of traditional food that they make with their hands, with the corn, and it's delicious. And they will treat you really well. I've seen Americans be treated like family in there, like literally. And even dating the daughters of the Mexican parents and fantastic being together for months, even for years.

So the treatment is completely different than going to Mexico, but this time Cancun where they will try to scam you if you show off for example expensive watches or you drink too much alcohol and then boom, this is where things happen like the accident with Scopalamine in Colombia etc. But if you take care of yourself and if you're watching this channel I'm assuming that you are a smart individual, you're a first class citizen or you aspire to be one and you already take some safety precautions. So going to Medí, going to Boota in Colombia, it's not going to be nearly as dangerous and as other people.

Another thing, if they see your feet fit, if you are trained, if you know how to fight, you will not feel unsafe and you're actually not unsafe because who will theft go after? Somebody who is fit and who is tall and who strong, who looks like can fight or somebody that is just weaker and drunk or an older person. So unfortunately, this is the reality.

And if you look like a prey, you're going to be eaten by a lion. If you look like a lion, they will not touch you. For example, myself, again, November 2019 till today, I have never ever been robbed. I've never been attacked.

I've never been pointed with a gun or with a knife at all. Zero problems. Luck could be luck, but also it's precautions. It's knowing where to take the phone out when not. For example, when I walk the street in Colombia, I might just enter a shop for 20 seconds, check the phone, and then know where I have to go, put it back on my pocket, and then continue walking.

And this is just one of the safety precautions. I don't drink alcohol. I don't smoke. I don't go to parties. Therefore, I minimize a lot the night life issues that could occur. I don't do drugs. I will not hire hookers. And I will not get on dates from dating apps in random places, random houses from somebody that I never met.

So all of these things that you see on social media, on the news that they say, "Oh, this happened." Ask about the context. Ask about the background because if you are just somebody smart or smarter than the average, these things will not happen to you. Traveling South America, it's completely safe.

And I've been from Mexico, all Central America, down to all Latin America. And I've spent months in cities that people consider dangerous. Rio de Janeiro, Medí, Boota, Tidal, Mexico, even Pel, Carmen, Cancun, places that if you take care of yourself, nothing will happen.

Choose the right neighborhood. It makes a complete difference when you consider going there with your family. If you choose the right neighborhood, nothing will happen to you on the experience you're going to have in that city, in that country, how you're going to be treated, if they will try to scam you or not.

So, this is something that you need to choose well when you go there with your family. I would prioritize going to the safest places no matter the money and voila, you will have a great experience. Having contacts help. I remember when I landed in Costa Rica, I was going to Nosara, beautiful beach town and I remember going there with a contact, a guide that knew everything about it and for a week he showed me around the best places.

I can tell you I was going with a woman at that time that we were traveling together and we had a blast of an experience. A blast because he knew all the places to show us and the memories that we created, the pictures, the videos, it's just surreal because we really used that place. We really got to see magical places and it's something that if you go alone, the same city has multiple cities in it.

This is something that I was sharing in a video about Barcelona. Barcelona, it's one of these cities that you open a door and you can enter a new reality in front of you. So, it's different worlds, different cities within a city.

It's like having a keyboard. That's the best analogy. And then you press control something or command something and boom, that same key does something completely different. So, that's why we develop the first class maps. We pinpoint all of these magical places, all these unique, eccentric, different places because this is what our clients look for.

They want not the experience that everybody has not going to the same streets but they want okay what's something truly unique something surprising something memorable because when they have money they want something memorable experiences to be unique to have a perception of this life that other people cannot have. That's why they work so hard and now they want to enjoy it with their friends with their families and give them this opportunity to live the world in a different way. So they choose different destinations or the same destinations as everybody, but they open different doors, they look through different windows.

Having the right contacts, people that can just put you into the right circles and show you the right places, it's going to make a ton of difference. Invest in that. And finally, something that I wish I did from the very very beginning, I started doing it a bit later, is opening bank accounts, getting residencies to every country that you visit in Latin America.

Why? Because the right residency program can lead you to citizenship. And accumulating passports from Latin America, it's something that 5 years, 10 years down the road, you wish you got started earlier. So let's say you go to Mexico on a quick family visit.

Instead of just going there on a tourist visa, go and get temporary residency because it's one of the easiest to get. And you start the clock ticking. Four years turns into permanent residency. And after 2 years of permanent residency, boom, you have a passport.

Six years later, of course, there are more requirements, but boom, you have a new passport. Or you decide to do it in Paraguay again. Instead of going there for a week, you know that in just three business days, you can become a temporary resident in Paraguay.

After 3 years, you get permanent residency and then after 2 years, naturalization. Again, more requirements apply, not just waiting 5 years. But instead of going there and just eating in delicious meat restaurants, go there and get your paperwork done.

open some bank accounts. Some countries for non-residents, some countries when you have the temporary residency, you can get better perks or even open proper bank accounts, one of the best bank accounts in that country. And as you start traveling around these six, 7, 8, 10 countries, Latin America, all of them beautiful, Central America, South America, Mexico, you start accumulating all of these documents and therefore your geographic freedom, your sovereignty poof, skyrockets just so easily and so fast.

And again, when you have the right context, things can be so smooth and done in literally one morning, two mornings, you have the papers, then you leave and clocks start ticking. Therefore, oh, 5 years later, you can apply for multiple citizenships. And remember for example Paraguay when you have Paraguayan passport the citizenship then getting residency in other mercosur countries like Brazil like Argentina Colombia it's much easier it's much faster because you are already a mercur citizen so get a Mexican citizenship and then after 2 years living in Spain and of course paying taxes in Spain you can become a Spanish citizen because there's a path called by preferred nationality and it's the same with other Latin American countries.

So, see how one just ties with the other. Here's the five houses setup and how I create the first class experience in each one of them bases around the world that are extremely calculated. It's all a chess move. The concept is that you have everything that you want in your lifestyle across the year in locations that it's so easy to access.

So, we need multiple things in place. First of all, to choose the locations, right? What do you love to do? In my plan, there are no ski resorts because I don't enjoy skiing personally. However, in our clients, we include the ski resorts because they love it.

So, for example, let's give you one place right away. Costa Rabba. If you're living there or you're living in Barcelona, that area, it's fantastic for summer. It's one of the best coasts in the Mediterranean, I would say, and definitely from Spain.

And then you have Barcelona, which is a busting city, which you can find everything you want, and it's designed with a style. Check out my episodes that ones that we shot there in Barcelona. You're going to see Antony God and the the class the how you can enjoy the money there.

So there are cities that you can have $50,000 a month and you can't enjoy the city. An example is Asunion in Paraguay. Anything above $5,000 $8,000 you are Elon Musk rich. You cannot enjoy the city that much more because you are capped.

That's it. There is what it is. Infrastructure public and private done. There are a few selected hotels that I recommend. You can check my recommendations on Barway and that's it. But Barcelona is just unlimited. Madrid, another example.

The thing is I want to have in my design coast. That's why I choose Tulum. That's why you see me in Florianopoulos, Brazil, guess where I'm shooting this right now. Then Costa Brava where I was born, but also because it's a it's prem location.

I'm just like grateful to the universe. I was born in that beautiful paradise. Then you can find other areas. For example, in Turkey, everybody knows Istanbul. However, have you gone to Bodum? Have you gone to Antalya? Those are amazing spots that you have very close by, the basting city of Istanul, you can find anything you want.

European and Asian at the same time. Then you can go more to the east and you find Mount Ararat, amazing hikes, right? If you like climbing as well. So, what do you want? When you choose that, well, then we can design the next layer, which is the connectivity.

The good thing is that flights are assets. I'm so happy to know that now, for example, Tulum that was much more disconnected from the world. A few years ago, you had to fly to Cancun and Cancun Pled Carmen Plar Tulum. You had to drive all the way down.

Now there's direct flights from the USA to Tulum. National flights inside Mexico to Tulum. And you can now go to Europe. They're opening routes as I'm shooting this. They just open a route going straight to Europe. Tulum it's becoming international.

It's becoming transatlantic, transcontinental. So this is beautiful because new routes are appearing. For example, Auntion to Florianopouolis. Now it's well connected direct flight. Before you had to go to S. Paulo, S. Paulo to Florianopoulos, vice versa.

You had to do this triangle. You had to go to Buenos or Uruguay Pontal. Then this is something that's going to get easier. So think what's your preferred way of traveling because it's not always plane. The plane is convenient.

However, we have clients that love cruises and yachts. So, we want to have bases where it's possible for the size of their yacht to be there or they have to take a yacht until a close port that fits their the size of the yacht and then they have a smaller boat or another form of transfer, but they enjoy the way to get there, which is something that sometimes we just think about the flights to get there. It's like A to B, boom, the fastest.

But what about enjoying the process? because you could fly to a smaller airport and enjoy the the private jet. For example, I was talking with the vice president of NetJets in Spain in Barcelona. We met a couple times in person and she was telling me, a woman, she was telling me, "Can you believe like how much our clients enjoy when they can go to La Dur which is a small area there more northern Catalunia Dur there's this small airport?

Because imagine a town of like 10,000 20,000 inhabitants. I don't know the real number how they enjoy they don't have to go to Barcelona and they can directly fly with the jet to do and boom 20 minutes later a car it's picking them directly to their home. So think about airports that are not available for commercial routes that are incredible.

You maybe want a helicopter, right? That's freedom. That's quality of life. That's options. That's why we connected with one of the biggest providers in that area to get special rates for first class citizen. Then we have connectivity.

We have the file where we have all the routes to get in helicopter, two passengers, four passengers, plane, two, four, six, 10, even 12 passengers from these different cities. And then you can even go to smaller places like as I say Carnathion, you can go to Padas in Argentinas. You can do all of these.

That's the beauty. I usually when I jump on calls and I talk to to people reaching out to me and say, "Hey, Miguel, I see your content." When they say, "But what's the cost?" I know that money is limited. Otherwise, money never comes to the conversation, right?

When somebody's unlimited money, like, "Fuck you, money." They're like, "Oh, yeah. I want to do that. That's it. Let's do it." It's like, "Yeah, I didn't tell you a price." Oh, well, what's the price? This. Okay, perfect. Let's do it.

That's it. Right? So, depending on where you are right now, you can choose. But I start with one base then create a second and a third and a fourth before getting a house saying oh I would love the wardrobe to be there in my house when I arrive and my my teapotss or my coffee set because I like this type of coffee and you know before getting a house that I know it's ideal right would be the the top to arrive in those five houses around the world that you have you have the clothes that you love and everything set up right everything irons the food your favorite food an assistant came one day before and laid out everything.

So that's what I'm building myself for myself first to be honest selfishly and then I'm sharing it so we attract a better group of people more brains thinking about the same thing and connecting oh I know the the guy who has this plane I know this one that has this airport I know this one that allows you to have this secondary entry on the airport so you save time you know this is all thanks to the network it's all thanks to this group of first class citizens all sharing very generously inside the group when you create the base and you choose the locations and you can have your lifestyle even for the future. I'm also planting bases right now to know that I will have children in the future in those countries to get the passport to give the passport the citizenship to my child to even the the person who is with me like the mom of my my children even though about the marriage I have another video with my thoughts about the marriage you know so many of these passports and citizenships uh it's only with the legal spouse like officially married that you can then swap passports and get one and add dependent you have to be legally married to add this extra and have to. But besides that, these bases serve four generations.

I'm thinking what language do I want my child to learn from scratch. What identity I want my child to to have? What's the the mentality or or the the abundance or what's the setup? Where's the place I want them to to grow and play?

But for the lifestyle, see that I like beauty. I like aesthetics. I like to create these experiences. It's not just something that I do for the videos to look good, which I love that they look aesthetic, but also because that's why that's my essence.

That's why it's so natural. And if it's your essence as well, if you like the refinement in life, if it's something that you want to have in the community you're part of and other people that think alike, then man, you have to put boundaries, set limits, and say, "I'm not going to go below this level. That's my minimum from here up." And when you program your mind, it's the reticular activating system.

Basically, your brain will see whatever you program. So, if you want to buy a red car, you're going to see that red car everywhere. Same way that pregnant women say that they see pregnant women everywhere. Or you want a watch and you are looking at the watches of everybody.

So, when you set your standards and everything you browse are fivestar hotels and amazing Airbnbs that don't just serve as a place to rest, but also a place to nurture your mind and your soul, you will see that it's much more affordable than you think. and something that it just takes a little bit more design. And I'm not saying this because oh you need money, you need money and style.

You need money and saw wealth or being rich does not buy style and taste. And that's something I see. I see people that have much more money than me and the average population is like 1% or the 01% and they don't have taste because they never developed it.

Another people that with much less like literally just starting out, they are just making their life feel great. Not look, not oh I'm showing off. No, feel great. They feel fantastically well. Whatever it is that for them. So that's what I want for you.

Soon you're going to see in the channel and the next videos and the content I'm I'll be doing. It's going to be these offline experiences because that's where the true magic happens because there are things that I don't share online. I don't disclose all the passwords I have, all the residencies I have, all the homes I have because what's the upside of that and what are the downsides many more.

So privacy is important. You know, I disclose some things because I want you to be excited and be like, "Okay, let's go to Armenia. Let's go to Serbia. Let's go to Paraguay. Let's go to the UAE for the tax savings." Great. But there's much more.

That's the tip of the iceberg. And that's what I want you to remember. Come mingle with the people that have this as the preset in their mind as the default. Join First Class Citizens. Come meet us in person. It's not about how much you invest in us.

It's how much you make yourself available to soak in these ideas and to connect with people in the same mindset. So with this set, check the other videos. Hopefully this inspires you. Five houses, choose one in different parts of the world just to wrap up and and finalize this concept.

For example, for me it's one in Europe. Example, this area of Portugal, Spain, could be Barcelona, could be Marba, could be Lisbon, could be Kashka, right? This area of the world. Another is Middle East, could be Turkey, could be UAE, another is Asia.

You could plant the base for example in Phuket or in Kosamui more like island feeling. That's where I love for example I you won't find me in Bangkok. This type of mega metropolis. I can go there but I will not enjoy it. And you can also find me in Bali or islands of Indonesia or even Japan for a visit.

It's good that you have that base there because then you take the flights, right? Or the wild card could be in Serbia, you know, for example, or a country that you love in Africa. This is China [music] and this is China as well. But the difference between these two are astronomically different. Where the citizens of Hong Kong get a passport that is almost in the top [music] 10 in the world, China is at rank 53.

While many people look at countries just for travel. Let me show you a different view on Hong Kong. Today from Hong Kong, a place that it's much more free than China. And something we can learn about Hong Kong, it's a small city and yet this place has so much to offer.

From worldass trails and hikes to also the wealth that you see all around. And actually it reminded me I'm waking up and I see here on the phone a message from a gentleman that says, "Oh, I know how to get now a US driving license in Miami as a non- US citizen and without having a social security number, just with an IT. Pretty crazy.

But you know it's the power of having a tight community of achievers and being generous sharing with one another. This is how you build this these connections and one receives the hack that one learns and then the other in exchange gives another hack and we compile all of them in what I call the first class quests. We have different flags to collect.

And to collect flax, you have quests inside, right? You have the residency quests, you have the banking quests, you have the citizenship ones, right? Driving licenses, etc. And this is something that allows you to conquer one city at a time, one country at a time.

Now I'm in Hong Kong exploring it, seeing what's possible, what's available. Is it worth creating a company here? Is it worth getting residency? What do I need to do? talking to the lawyers, talking to the accountants and all of this thanks to also our rolodex because clients tell me, "Miguel, you have to meet this lawyer here.

Help me 5 years ago. It's amazing." So, I just go and feel the place. I'm loving Hong Kong. For example, I was in Taiwan. Completely different vibe. It's good for some things, but not for some others. Hong Kong, I feel like, wow, I want to be here.

This is a place that resonates with me. You have the the luxury, you have the high quality, and then you also have the nature, which is stunning. And the different heels they have here, 400, 500, 600 m that you can go and run.

So, reminds me of Singapore as well, but with a different vibe. Some people say it's Blade Runner looking like Hong Kong. And I agree. It's it's pretty nice. Come to places and feel the energy. Actually, it was a client from a US service we have that said, "Mikuel, I'm just going to go to Paraguay to see if before becoming a resident, I like the country.

even I if I want to buy real estate and I said good that's a good approach you know go as a tourist visit all these places feel the energy and then you will know another client said Mikuel get me the residency in Mexico right away let's start it's like man wait let's go to Mexico come with me to Tulum let's explore let's see Mexico City let's see wajaka see how you feel how you breathe it and then you decide right so this step is is important and it's something that I do I go to all of these places and then the ones that I love I come back because otherwise it's opportunity cost. Imagine that you are settling somewhere and want to build a family or find your future mother of your children in a place without having visited hundreds of others and then 5 years later you realize that you missed out. You realize that you settled in a place that is okay.

But what if you have discovered that other one where you could have lived a completely different lane in your life that led you to another future. So you avoid that by moving quite often, visiting, knowing and then you know building the best set up because when we're talking to highlevel business owners I'm talking about 10 million 50 million 100 million and they are telling us look we have this set up this setup this set up it's like we can't mess up at that level precision is mandatory making the wrong company in the wrong place or opening the wrong bank account that is going to expose their finances. It's the difference between uncertainty and security.

So that's why we need to know from experience what's in Hong Kong, what's in Singapore, what's here, what is changing. That's why we need always people on the ground to build these connections, to go to dinners, to shake hands, to work out together, to go on trails together, to spar and fight as well together because there is where you you build this bond. Come to places, visit them.

Remember opportunity cost the ignorance tax because you don't know what you don't know. And if you're not protecting your money, if you're not saving it in trusts, that's ignorance tax. You could be doing that. Another version of you in a parallel universe is doing that because taking extra 2 months to explore might save you an error that then lasts 10 years or it's much more costly to repair.

I am clearly winning at this sovereignty space, collecting multiple passports, residencies, bank accounts, credit cards, and I want you to win as well. I've been doing this myself since 2019, and I'm going to share with you 10 wins from the easiest one to the most difficult, the ultimate boss level. So, you can also collect these documents that make your life easier, faster, and with more options.

Starting with number one, the ITIN number. This is something that anybody can do. It's completely remote. That's why it's the first one in the list because easily as a non- US citizen, you can apply for an ITN that then gives you access to these cards.

In this case, for example, the Chase Safire Reserve and then American Express cards, different colors, different perks. That's all in the US title. You will need an IT. Number two, very easy as well. US LLC. That one as a non US citizen and a non resident, you don't need a green card.

You don't need any of these, you can just open it remotely. In 24 to 48 hours, we incorporate you. 3 weeks later, you have an EIN. With that, you open bank accounts. That's actually number three. Sometimes it has this KYC that is a bit bothering, but you can open fintech bank accounts.

These are Mercury, Wise, Revolute, Vicea, Pioneer, you name it. There are multiple of these. There's plenty of options. We selected our best fintech banks. There's another video that I'll share with you and you can watch for free and know which one it's the best for your US LLC.

Number four, you have the physical banks. That's a bit more complicated, but still opening a bank is not difficult. You have all the documents, right? You go with your US LLC to the United States or even option remotely to open with Bank of America, Chase and with the EIN, your passport, etc., etc.

There are more requirements we can explain in another video. You can open a bank account that will last in theory will last more than a fintech one. Fintech ones open quickly, shut down quickly. The physical ones, they last.

So you can develop this loyalty. You can have a banker. You can have a private banker. Even in Chase, if you drop $150,000 and you know that allows you to have better banking. I have for example the private client tier and you know it's helpful to know that they can do negotiations in your behalf.

You have higher chances of getting approved for cards like this one. I actually have the other card that I really like the business increas. This card sensational because it gives you three points per dollars in ads. Then you can have the am etc etc.

Then number five, we're getting to a bit more difficult. I would say digital ID or an e residency. I'm talking for example palao. This is like the easiest one because it's one of the cheapest. Or for example, you could get the Thailand one, the Thai for 5 years.

That one it's done online. It's super easy to get. So, anything that needs a digital residency or digital multi-year visa, I would say this is level five because it opens doors to extended periods of time in one country. If you want level six, you have temporary residencies.

These ones usually Mexico, you have Paraguay, you have Panama. You have plenty of countries that allow you to be a temporary resident and after a couple of years usually few, two, three, four, they allow you to turn it into a permanent residency and then permanent ones last 5 years, 10 years. So then you can extend, you can be part of that country.

Usually from PR you can jump to citizenship. We are not getting there yet. before I could talk. Number seven would be the PR directly PR or golden visa. Let's say you want directly Panama. You can get PR. However, it's a substantial six-figure investment.

Let's say you want a golden visa in Portugal half a million. You want golden visa in or permanent residency in Greece directly 400,000. You want you know all of these programs to buy golden visas. Well, with the real estate most of the times there are other routes that you can explore in other videos how you can get the Dubai golden visa.

So you don't have to go to the country every few months to enjoy the benefits or to keep the benefits of being an UAE resident. But all of these PRs, golden visas require high investment. That's why it's a higher level. Now number eight here we are entering I would say citizenship is going to be a bit higher.

you're going to see actually what's in number 10. But in number eight, I would say trusts because trust, life insuranceances, all these the structures that are up there because one uh help you not have to be moving all around. So it allows you to live say 6, seven, more than 6 months, 8 9 10 months in a country and not pay taxes in that country.

You have your assets where you don't own them but you control them. those structures that allow you to detach your wealth or your net worth, your assets from your physical person. I think that that's level eight. That's a bit more difficult.

It's rare. I know many people that have golden visas, but they don't have trusts. They don't have life insuranceances. They don't have uh this structure of holding companies that keep them private, keep them secure. So, that's another one.

Then number nine in difficulty, we have citizenships. Not all of them. There's one in number 10 that you're going to see in a second. But I would say investment it's easy. But then in difficulty you have by descent lineage. It's one that will take some time and you will have to do your paperwork, the study of your ancestors.

You'll have to partner with a strong team that can retrieve their information, birth certificates, everything you need to get that new citizenship and also for example by birth because it requires that you have the child in usually a country that you're not from otherwise you would just pass them down to your children your passport your citizenship you have to go to new country let's say you're American and you go to Argentina to have the child there you know it comes with a stress so that's why I say number nine when you have to take processes of two years uh three years depending on the country or one if it's more accelerated or even Argentina which is the fastest one of the fastest today that's it number nine and then number 10 to me is citizenships by naturalization and citizenships by exception to get those or you need to spend two years in one country paying taxes let's say you are poor Mexican and you're going to Spain in two years you can get it But if you're not from a Latin American country, it's going to take for example 10 years to get the Spanish one by naturalization or try to get Switzerland or try to get um let's say Greece even you need to learn the language or you want to do the Latian one you also need to learn the language. This take time even paragu 5 years but you need to create ties to the country. These are for me level 10.

These are complex or lengthy in time. So many things can happen during these years. You need to change countries. you need to move or you want to move but you can't. So it comes with a lot of sacrifices. And then also in number 10 it's by exception.

So becoming valuable enough to the country no level of pav or level of UFC fighter you know that they give you the UAE citizenship as of right now. Maybe in the future it's easier to get hopefully but now it's super complicated. or in Serbia to become valuable to the country like Johnny Debb or Adana Lima or Steven Seagal that they became valuable to the country to the point that Serbia said here's our citizenship.

So you choose your level. I'm giving you options to win from creating companies, bank accounts, things you can do remotely. And then here we can put in the mix where are the driving licenses or where are let's say Singaporean banks that are a bit different from the US ones.

Where would you put from 1 to 10? You choose. I'm leaving probably some little uh details that you can add in your portfolio, right? When we're talking about assets and sovereignty when you buy real estate internationally, you can also put it in this scale.

But I think that this gives a good structure from the easiest 90 to a citizenship by exception or by naturalization. Tell me if you would switch some of these, what would be for you? Latin America is known to be one of the most dangerous places in the world. When you hear about it, you're often greeted with stories of shootings or theft statistics that are meant to get clicks. Today Paraguay, a real raw experience of what is the actual truth behind these negative titles.

We're going to be taking a look at Paraguay during the day and during the night to see all aspects of it. So you can have the look and feel of Asunion because what better than you seeing raw footage from here. How tropical it feels as well.

You have the palm trees. They have these colorful trees and it's very quiet. You will see the cars when you come around. Spacious garages. For example, this two garages. Two cars. The trash. Yeah, it's something they keep here outside.

It is what it is. You see those baskets? Zoom it in. Baskets of trash. So, you know, something you have to get used to. You can see another one there. So, yeah. Downsides. These streets. Check it out. You have these rocks that go damn it.

These four cars. It's a nightmare. They deliver water home. Boom. Easy. That makes it really convenient. Otherwise, what we are using here is this one here. Peridos. Yeah. this red P the logo and this get your supermarket stuff at home.

You can get delivery from supermarkets. It's like the Uber Eats here as of today. Maybe in the future Uber will come. Some places of the world they do not allow you to uh to go upstairs. So the delivery man cannot come. But in Paraguay, yeah, they have security but they are chill.

Actually, it's good that you arrive and you pay them some tip and say, "Hey, what's your name?" Amigo, take care of us during this stay. I appreciate you, you know, taking care of the security. And boom, done. Oh, they're having an opening here.

Nice music. Saturdays and Sundays parties, by the way, in Paraguay, as you can see, Saturday today, Vamora. Boom. Opening party, music on the street. There was a party as well at our condo. So, yesterday night there was another party.

So from Friday, Saturday, Sunday, you can expect movement, music, and this is something you must know. In Paraguay, they don't care about music at 11:30 midnight. Like can be nights and they're putting regatonom Bad Bunny everywhere.

But I think that the maximum time that the security guy will come in many of these condos, it's midnight, 12:00 a.m. So something to take into account. If you want peaceful night of sleep, you're not going to find here in Paraguay in many of the condos.

So that's why it's so important to know the type of neighborhood you're in because when you buy a property, they are not showing you in the render that you're going to have this kind of experience. The Wani here is a devalued quite devalued currency. So it's it's easy to be a millionaire in Warane.

Yesterday Mr. Gabriel was holding a million in his hand. Remember a million was a millionaire in Paraguaya yesterday. Uh you can check the conversion rate with dollar zeros, but it's not that good. Salar is $300, $350 a month.

It's the basic salary of let's say a waiter, waitress for a month in the restaurant. And that's why you can get good talent for almost no money. The thing is good talent. That's the key word. It's not as easy finding talented people because it's a culture that it's very relaxed.

It's very calm. Mindset of work, work, work, extra hours. It's not that popular. There's good facilities like CrossFit over here. So, you can enjoy quality of life at not a great cost, but you have to compensate. You have a trade-off of these streets that are not perfect, are not perfect, are not perfect, are not perfect.

The electric cables, don't look at them. It's just a mess. It's a damn mess. But hey, I'm not the one repairing it. I don't know how they do it. They are magicians. The day that one of these cables is stopped working, I don't know which one they have to pick.

like I don't know how they know which one to pick. If you are okay with these type of things, you can still find nice cars. You can still find the dealerships, motorbikes, quads. We found amazing uh quad shops here for ATPs.

So, it's pretty good. The private sector, it's nice. The public one, it's okay. Finally, hotels. There's a good ratio of how much you can enjoy your money. There's not many, but with the conversation with Isaac, you can check it on the podcast channel we have.

Yeah, we discussed some of the hotels where your money goes a long way because in some parts of the world you can have a 100,000 a month, a million a month and not be able to enjoy the money. Paraguay, it's a place that three, four, five places, you know, you could make them your place like basically go there often, start tipping well and then every time that you come in, they smile cuz they know it's coming. So that's the type of feeling you can get here because even if you tip like $5, $10, they're going to be like, "Wow." cuz that's probably like the meal for one of the people on the on the table.

We are having a meal for 10 and 10 and you're tipping 10. You're just basically paying double for one of the people. We're going to this hotel right now to say hello to them. Nino hotel boutique and that's going to be story for another video.

Now you know a bit more about Parawaii. Parawaii at night. Another question that I get a lot for men, for women, for children in case you're raising a family and they are here in Asunion. What you should know first, you can walk every part.

You're going to be completely fine. Not just you. I know you're you are fine. You know, you know how to fight. You are fit. It's about your women or your woman, depending on how many you have, your children. Okay? What if they cannot defend themselves?

Well, I always say, I will repeat again in this video, women should have uh pepper spray. That's the most effective tool they can carry besides, you know, a knife or a gun. Tell your woman to bring a gun, it's going to look you like, what the heck?

90% of women if not more than 90%. So paper spray small can use it because I laugh when women say, "Oh, I can't defend myself." It's like, "Yeah, maybe 1% of women is true, can beat the average man." But 99% like they're just going to get smashed, destroyed if some man just uses brute force. So it's better to use a weapon or paper spray, something that equalizes things.

But the good thing is that here in Paraguay, she will not have to use it because it's just safe. So, that's a good part. Children, if you want to protect them, same paper spray cost nothing. It's tiny, can fit in a pocket. It's a no-brainer.

However, if you want to teach your children how to fight, that's one of the the best skills, I think, especially for male children, for your son. If it's a woman, it's different. Teach her how to use pepper spray. You know that she is not delusional, your little daughter, that she can beat a man.

She cannot unless she's again the 1% top martial artist UFC kickboxer, right? If you're a man, then learn how to fight easy. But yeah, basically in Paraguay, this is the situation. I walk here very chill, very calm. Like even walking here in the middle of the road because we are shooting the video and it's a bit dark on that side, but you're going to be fine.

You're going to be completely fine. Just enjoy. This is safer than Venezuela, Medin, than many big metropolis. You know this is a capital Asunion. Motorbikes are safe outdoors. Cars are safe outdoors depending if you went very far from the center or got in some sketchy area.

Actually, now that I think about it, close to the palace, you know, not in this uh new area more like closer to the airport. But if you go closer to the river, the air must be a bit sketchy. Besides that, well, let me know in the comments if you had some bad experience in Par.

I would love to hear, "Hey man, you're wrong. I got this bad experience here. this happened. Perfect. Tell me. Like I'm always open to learning and hearing things that happen, facts, you know, but I don't want No, I didn't feel safe.

It's not if a city is safe or not. It's how safe you feel because of who you are, what skills you have. Because the strongest men will feel safe even in Afghanistan or Syria. Next time somebody tells you, "Oh, this city is not safe." It's like, think, who is this telling that?

Why can't we be disruptors, visionaries? Why can't we change the way that 0% taxes, multiple passports, all of this industry it's created? I see a lot of formality and yeah, really good professionals, right? But why can't we do things differently?

You listen? This is the sound of extinct words. And as Zaha Hadid is creating something new, something unique. They are creating these shapes that you can go up. And you can play around. This is a playground. This is something that defies architecture, normal shapes with angles.

You won't see any angle here. Why? Because in nature there are no straight angles like this. When I come here, I think, "Why can't I be as well one that takes the great industry and makes something different, something unique?

Why can't I create experiences? For example, you get a new citizenship and I introduce you the country. We go together. We have a trip. You want to get Mexican citizenship? No worries. It's going to take some years. Great. I'm going to help you out.

But why don't you come here and get in love with Tulum or Mexico City. If you want US credit cards, why don't we go together to Miami and you enjoy the city while you're learning how you can get 95% off flights. You can fly first class in a bed with shower in the sky, caviar, comfort.

Even if you you don't care about that bouginess, just want a place that you can relax and when you land you're full of energy. Why can't you get that end result with a nice experience in Miami while you're doing the opening of the banks and getting the credit cards with our bankers. If you want a driving license from Paraguay because you become a resident.

Come to Asuncion. Let's go together. We're going to show you the best of the city. So, it's these experiences. There's people in the industry, leaders of the sovereignty, the geographic freedom that they have these seminars for two or three days just yapping, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Sounds like a sales pitch all the time. They're giving you a lot of details. Some kids in Nevis, it's this price, but then you can do it with this price if you put another dependent. People that went to these seminars come to me like, "Man, I feel like I was an employee being trained." But things can be much different, you know, our event we start with boxing or running or training.

Then we do sunset walks and then we talk, we get to know each other, we enjoy the city by with these experiences. Why can't we do things more enjoyable? Because bureaucracy, all of that, our lawyers, our accountants, our immigration officers take care of that.

We have all the ones that are doing, you know, the power of attorney. Some people ask me, "Oh, Miguel, are you a lawyer? Are you an accountant? Do you have a background in finances?" The answer is, who cares? People in my team are the ones who are experts at that and love it.

No, I don't. I don't have a background in laws from Spain, from Georgia, from Mexico, from any of the countries that people in our team are experts at and we connect you with them so they can help you. And I am somebody who is good at crafting experiences because I've been traveling since November 2019.

So, when you come with us, I want you to enjoy and to get to know other people that will add something to your life. Because also that's another thing, the community that you're going to join, if you go, let's say, with a cheap Paraguay residency person that helps you out, great, A. Probably that person, hopefully that person, is good and will get you the residency in Paraguay.

So, make sure that then you can legally pay 0% taxes. Answer questions like should I incorporate in Wyoming and Delaware? Or if I want great cards later on, should I have it in Florida or New Mexico? So, all of these questions and how we piece the puzzle together that's what makes truly unique this thing.

Because it's easy to just know about one jurisdiction. Maybe you even have the time and the desire to vet yourself all the professionals that will be part of your team that will help you out. Hopefully they will respond fast.

Mikuel, when will you settle? After traveling to more than 36 countries and actually the beginning of this year, I traveled to 11 countries in 32 days. So, I travel decently, quite a bit. A question that comes up in conversations is where are you based?

And I say the most accurate answer is everywhere. But do you have a home? Do you have a base? What is a base? That's the first consideration here. And at the end of this video, I'm going to give you some cities that quality of life versus cost of living ratio and even eliminating cost of living, quality of life, period.

Because at some point, if you make enough money, it's not that much about, oh, it has to be cheap and it has to be a great quality of life. That's it. That's pretty much it. Depending on the stage that you are, yeah, cost of living, it's important.

And yeah, as well, why would you pay $25,000 if you can pay 3,000 US versus Thailand for the same exact medical treatment? Like I shared in another video that a gentleman made this full stack body analysis, supplements, everything, peptides, everything. $3,000 US in Thailand would cost 25,000.

He was quoted 25,000 in the US. So I would start with North America, Central America, South America. Start in this part of the world that I know pretty well because I've collected residencies there. I'm collecting passports there, citizenships, and I've lived 5 years in that area of the world.

Also, it helps that they speak four languages as well as English. Catalan, Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Starting from Mexico, great quality of life. One of my favorite cities there. Some people say, "Oh, it's a party city.

I hate it." Where you go, the freaking neighborhood that you choose in Tulum, the aesthetics and the connection with nature that you have in there. Some people like Mexico City. For me, it's too much of a city, but yeah, still good.

Mexico City, Wajaka, it's okay. I lived there for 3 4 months, but Wajaka, you know, it's a really small town. You need to really love this vibe of a town with yeah great chocolate. It's pretty good the gastronomy. They won some awards and also they have nice pyramids, famous pyramids in Mexico that are energetic points.

So that's good. Then you can go Central America. Costa Rica is a place that I loved for nature and it's a place that I could have a baby. I could give birth with my partner there and we could get citizenship after just living x amount of months.

You know, it might change in the future. So I'm not going to say it's this amount of months. Just check by the time you watch this video now in 2 years, in 5 years, whenever it is, what's the requirement in Costa Rica? But as of today, you can have birth tourism there.

So basically, the child gets citizenship immediately and then the parents after some time can also claim that passport. Beautiful country, no military, really good also a place that it's good for business and it's really well connected global in terms of uh airport. It's Panama.

Panama with Europe, with North America, with South America. Fantastic. So, not a place that I enjoy like, wow, I love the quality of quality of life in Panama City. But it's not bad. It's not bad. And if you have your contacts, it's a city that it's very accessible in terms of you need anything.

If you know the right person, you can you can go very very far in Panama City. Then South America, I've been to Argentina. I've been to Paraguay where I'm a resident on my path to citizenship. Brazil, of course, if I have to choose from Brazil, people say it's dangerous.

It's wrong. Brazil is a huge continent. It's like saying Europe is dangerous. I mean, how can you define a whole continent, millions and millions of people? What I like to say it's what city in Brazil is dangerous? They they're like a It's funny because I say, "Have you ever been to Brazil?" It's the very next question.

They say, "No, but they told me it's dangerous." Bro, don't be a freaking NPC, a non-playable character. Think. Don't believe the news. Just go. Yes, you have Rio Janeiro, S. Paulo, all of that. But I've been in those places. Never happened anything to me.

Never got robbed. I'm also cautious. I'm also fit. Like if you are fat and drunk and I'm stupid. Yeah, like more chances that something's going to happen to you. But try going to places like Florianopouolis, beautiful island in the south of Brazil, close to Uruguay, Argentina.

Go to Florianopoulos. Go to the neighborhoods, the nice neighborhoods. You have beautiful neighborhoods there with dunes, with waterfalls, with lakes, beautiful beaches. And it's so safe. I feel safe safer there than in Barcelona, for example.

And it's Brazil, the super dangerous place in Latin America. Paraguay, another example. Super safe. Super super safe. Go to San Bernardino and tell me you feel threatened in San Bernardino in Paraguay, right? Nonsense. And you can have residency, citizenship, very chill and good quality of life.

Again, a place that you can have massages, chef assistants, all of that. Think that the wage for $500 a month, you can have somebody full-time sitting on a car waiting for you to need to go somewhere and then drive. You consider what do you value right now?

How much do you want to spend or money is unlimited if money is unlimited? One of the most convenient cities in the world is to buy like things are smooth are easy. Miami as well everything is pretty convenient from the comfort of your apps.

Banking is great. So Miami it's fantastic if money is not an object because yes of course the cost of living it's much higher. Also you can consider seasonality. That's another thing of my mind. I don't want to be in Paraguay when it's hot summer because it can get to 40°.

I don't want to be in Dubai in hot summer either because it's a sauna and I've tried it. It's not because again I read it in the news or in a YouTube video or an article. No, no. I've been there and I've experienced it and I said this is not for me.

But Costa Rabba and the Mediterranean, the coast of Europe, it's for me in summer. But not July and August. Some people go there. I do it a bit for me smarter. I go September and October because you still have the good climate, not so high temperatures, not as busy, not as pricey, but still you can enjoy it.

And usually in in that area, people have the vacations July and August. So you basically have all the workers, everybody just like vacations, they go and everything is infested. Like literally, you cannot put a freaking umbrella without, you know, stacking it on three people at the same time in some beaches there in in Costa Brava gets super popular.

So Costa Brava for me, the best moment it's just before maybe June, May, June or September, October. Of course, can be Sicily, it can be any part in coast of Italy, can be Croatia. Sensational, sensational quality of life. You must try it.

Then when it's cold in that area, then I can move to places like Dubai for a month or two. Places where I can grow, when I can go super fast because people are really competent there. The businessmen that I met that are one of the most competent ones I know.

So, it's a place I go to excel, to improve, to become better. And the temperature are fantastic. November, December, January, February, seasonality, Dubai. This is because I know myself and I know I'm not a ski person, snow, snowboard, I don't freaking care.

So, what's important for you? Serbia, Belgrade is another city that I hint you here for you to consider and see that it's still a free country and a free city where again who you know and what access you have to resources will get you a long way. Belgrade, Serbia, check it out.

Some people love the type of woman that they can find in Eastern Europe. They say Bucharest in Romania. I've been to Bucharest. It's it's fine. It's okay. I prefer Belgrade still. People say Ukraine, you can go to Bellarus, you can go to different places like depending what's important for you.

If you go to places to reason because of women, that's your type. Great. Do that. For me, there's much more than just what woman can I find there. So, for me, it's the infrastructure, the history of Belgrade. Also again, the cost of living, the quality of life for the cost of living is fantastic.

And if you happen to have a Serbian citizenship, which is possible and legal by exception, article 19 of the law, you can then access, if you of course don't already have an European passport, you can then get 90 days out of 180 in the EU with the Serbian citizenship, then access to Russia, to China. They have really good connections with both sides of the world. And it's strategically located in an area where you can take flights very easily.

Many people I know say, "Oh, I have four great things about Belgra Serbia." Book the freaking ticket. Go. Don't listen to me. Don't trust everything I say about Serbia. Just experience it yourself. Use it as a hint to go there as a message from the universe.

Book it. Book the flight. I really loved it. I've been there multiple times and I've lived there for multiple months and I just freaking love it. Now, another place, Istanbul, I could leave Italy 3, four months. I've already done it.

easy. I would also consider in Asia. Well, now I'm exploring it. So, I will tell you more in a few months. It's something that I'm actively exploring and expanding. So, this is the different cities that I would look at for you to explore.

And maybe it's not that city that I said, but you find on the map something really, really close. You know, you choose. But here are some of my favorite after trying trying multiple cities. Actually, I have an app that I recommend if you want to to use it as well.

It's called Places Bean. four continents for me right now, 35 countries, 76 states, 157 cities, 32 airports, so on so forth, right? And you can just put cultural sites, natural sites, national parks, wonders of the world, statistics, flags, everything, right?

You have it here. So, I'm just collecting the flax, the sides, and it gives you inspiration because you sometimes go to places and don't realize that there's a wonder of the world or an UNESCO and a heritage thing. It's like, wow, you have it there super close.

Spain is a trap. Catalunia is a trap. Barcelona it's also a trap. Why? Because they dazzle you with this beauty, with this streets, with this architecture. They say Antony God come and see all the majestic masterpieces he created.

However, we forget that if you stay more than 6 months in this country, you can pay up to 50% in taxes, 40, 45, 50, 52%. Spain is a beautiful place to visit. But be very careful. Think strategically if you want to spend more than 6 months here.

If you want to bring your children to these schools, if you want to buy a home or establish a company, Adada because at the end the tax offices it's going to crash you. It's going to request you to work 6 months of the year for them. So you have to be strategic.

You have to know how laws in other countries work so you can create enough substance to then invoice between companies to create optimized tax structures. If you know, you know. So this is what first class citizens we are all about.

And this is actually one of the biggest challenges we have because our clients love Spain, love Catalunia, and they say, "How can we make it to live here and not pay as many taxes?" So that's why we hired some lawyers that are magicians, loavans, connoisseurs that know how to do this magic. But again, it's something that you want to plan properly because otherwise this beauty can come with an expensive price tag. Spain is getting more regulated.

The EU is getting more strict. They're enforcing stupid rules. They are making you drive slower. They are instilling fear in you by putting cameras on the red lights. You can't do this. Spain is getting gay. The U is getting gay.

And it is something that makes you think, where can I escape? Where can I plant bases when I need to recharge? When I want to connect with who I am and with the things that I love to do. When I want to shoot guns, when I want to own a shooting range in my home, build it there.

When I want to drive faster, when I don't want to be enforced by this shitty rule or these other Oh, that's So EU, Canada, the USA, Australia, UK, good for visiting, good for tourism, but is it really the place you see yourself raising a family? Is it the place that you will feel free? Is it going up or isn't decadence?

Think about this because the place that you call home today might be inhospitable in a matter of 5 to 10 years. And if you start planning the change, then you wish you had started 10 years earlier. So it's better, as I always say, one year too early than one day too late.

What the heck is going on with Catalunia and Spain? We have the two flags over here waving together, but what the heck is going on? A Catalan is going to tell you what's going on, but actually it's not the video that you expect.

I'm not going to start argumenting. Oh, this is Catalan side, Spanish side. They did this to us and this and a screw that first class citizens. Look, I don't care about what happened with them. I couldn't care less. Why? Because eventually I can plant many more flags than this over here.

What I care about is I can speak the two languages. I can enjoy Barcelona. I can enjoy Costa Raa and call it somewhat home because of the amount of time that I spend here that I can use the Spanish passports that I can have the cultural heritage and the beauty of Catalonia, Barcelona, nature here.

But then I decided in 2018 to quit the tax system in Spain. Stop paying ridiculous 45 50 52% in taxes. It's ridiculous. I was in the highest tax bracket and I left. I'm not so bothered by all these people like arguing between each others.

Like I'm just like flying somewhere else. I'm just focusing my energy in places that truly matter. Like I'm building a portfolio of passports, seven passports in the coming years that are expected and strategically planned one after the other starting with residencies that turn into citizenship later on.

Investments here and there. Residencies aid right now. thinking about real estate, thinking about where do I want to raise my kids, where do I want to build a family, where do I want to have homes, off-grid, self- sustainable, and this is something that I want to instill in you as a first- class citizen.

Yes, you can care about politics, of course, geopolitics, how the world is moving, but when you are diversified, the risk mitigates and this is something that I understood early on. I took a plane out of this territory, started traveling the world, and now I can come here and enjoy and also be affected by the things that don't work well in this country, which are many. However, I know that I have choices because if you only have one passport, if I only had one Spanish passport, I have none.

However, by having multiple, I have choices. I don't feel trapped and I can choose where to pay taxes. this amount of taxes, zero. Keep my money in my pocket and then come here less than six months a year, enjoy and not worry about anything else.

How to differentiate a newbie traveler from a pro and seasoned one? There's one question that allows you to spot right away the amateur. Just one question. Ask that person, how is that country? How are people from insert the country?

How are French people? How are Mexican people? How is Mexico? How is Spain? It's so funny when you start hearing answers like, "Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. French people are like papa. Mexicans are like papa." It's so funny to me because look, we are now in Catalunia, right?

Completely different from Spain. Like night and day. Night and day from the rest of Spain. And you go to France and it's completely different. You go to Andor, it's completely different. And it's so funny when we were in the mountains with my friend, we were hiking and we were in one part of the Pyrenees and then we were crossing like 20 kilometers to a refuge and spending night in a refuge on the French side and the food, the drinks, the desserts, it's completely different.

It's so funny. We were being served a drink, for example, water in France and wine at the table in Spain. or the dessert came directly in Spain, but in France they brought some bread and cheese before the dessert. And it's so funny to realize that all of these limits, all of these borders are created by the human mind.

Like somebody took a time to say, "Okay, from here to here, this we're going to draw a line." Like seeing some maps, especially in Africa, like straight lines or states in the United States, like with a ruler, this is one state, this is another one. Crazy, right? So if we are going to play this funny game of politics and this is one country and this is another country and San Marino and Batican City.

Come on like that's a country because they wanted to make it a country or Andor or Monaco all of these places. Let's play this game then, you know. Let's move from Brazil to Paraguay, cross 20 kilometers and go from paying 30% in taxes to 0% taxes on all foreign income.

Let's play this game, you know. And this is something that pro travelers, pro masters at geographic freedom, yeah, we use all the time. We know that this is just a game. The flags is just like it's a game that we are playing.

We are all agreeing but you know we get educated differently. We believe in different things and what separates us is nothing. Literally when you go to nature you go to the mountains the animals that are in one side of the border or the other side of the border there's no water.

Instead only try to realize the truth. What truth? There is no spoon. It does not exist. You walk and you don't see any difference. So going to the mountains, going to the Pyrenees, going to all of these spots like triple borders, Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, Fosi Wazu, the big waterfalls, you realize that it's it's all a game.

So use it to your advantage and listen to when people say, "Oh, Mexicans are like this." Probably probably they are just showing out like sharing with you who they are. They see in others reflections of who they are. Oh, French are arrogant or Mexicans are lazy or these are whatever.

Mexicans are hard workers. I've heard that both sides of the coin just tells you more about the person answering the question than the culture itself. So, think about it. Ask the right questions and you're going to find out about people.

It's just a matter of the right questions. The right questions define the quality of your life. Great questions, great quality of life. How can you ask better questions to spot scams when immigration officers try to sell you a residency program and boom, they will disappear and ghost you after you pay?

Or how can you spot know some This detector gets trained gets trained with time. So think well, ask the right questions and you're going to be good. Then you're going to come to Spain or Catalonia and you're going to say, "Wow, Spain is great.

Where were you in Spain?" You know, with whom? Who are you? And you know, the more positive you are as a person, the more you're going to enjoy everywhere in the world, even if you land in Afghanistan or Syria or places people say it's bad or dangerous or see in the next one.

So here we are with first class citizens last minutes of the night. The conversation shared here the amount of knowledge the connections incredible and updating because actually it's not the first meeting it's multiple meetings one after each other after each other that we build this relationship in person. We connect through the internet but we meet here cuz that's where you truly get to know somebody where you get the updates and you develop something that it's really a matrix.

It's complex and it's the beauty of it because then when you need something, when we talk about the Rolodex, yeah, beautiful to say, "Yeah, my list of contacts." But how many contacts in your list when you call, they're going to pick up your phone. When you ask for a favor, they're going to say yes. The difficulty immediately, the impossible taking a bit longer and miracles by appointment, let you the table and finish up this meeting today.

First class citizens, we do things differently. We build networks. We trust people. We build strong bonds as you could see here in Barcelona when we are meeting at the rooftop of Azul. And we discuss passports, residencies, bank accounts where you can create your new homes, your new bases to be safe in times of times of difficulty, not going to lie.

Then you can see how we train when we visit places like Barcelona. connect and train together to become the hunters, not the braids. We use these moments as well not to be just tourist. Welcome to the airport in Tulum. This is Mikuel, your favorite guide. Hot and spicy like a proper abanero. Today we're talking about the geographical. No, I'm joking. Now, seriously, geographical strategic location of Tulum. Why I selected this place as a base?

Because think about it. If you draw a radius, and that's something I do with different bases around the world. in a three-hour flight. You have Miami, one hour and a half. You have Dominican Republic. You have the Caribbean. You have Panama from Tulum.

You have Cancun even driving. You have Mexico City. You have pretty much anywhere in Mexico from Tulum. It's going to be less than 3 hours. Also, you can get residency really easily. And if you know legally, the permanent residency does not expire in Mexico.

So, it's a place that you can secure forever access in and out. It's like a continent in itself, Mexico. That's another pro for me. More pros. Tulum in specific. Look at the beauty. Look at the aesthetics. This is something that you don't find in other cities that you've seen in the channel.

Wajaka, Merida. Uh we've been together. What else? Bad lit. We've been to Cancun. We've been to Play Carmen, right? I show you around different places. But Tulum has this aesthetics. Look at the boot. Look at the the texture of the stone, the colors, this gray with the white, the bash.

It's just beautiful. It feels ah for somebody who values aesthetics, it's this combination of wild and elegant. It's this design this it's man-made but it's still keeping the nature and and the colors. And if you're wondering the migration, how is it?

It's fast. It's short. They are friendly. Nothing to do with Cancun or other airports like Mexico City where I've landed as well. Long lines here just like a breeze. It took us like 2 minutes and luggage 3 minutes. nothing to do with other airports like Miami or Cancun or Mexico.

Much faster. So, super friendly, good people here. But strategically, it's so well located. Think about it. Another place could be Singapore, you know, or Thailand or Bali, right? You have uh Japan, you have Malaysia, you have Bali, right?

You have Philippines. Even if you want to go there, you have all of these countries and cities you might like to spend time in. Very close, three-hour flight. And then think about it from Tulum or the other base that you might put in the in the map for you.

What are your bases? Think about it. Depending on what you like to do. If you like skiing, then maybe for example, Barcelona or Marba are great places because you can go to Costa Brava and Pinos to ski and then the coast in winter and summer.

And the same in Marba. If you are in Malag, you can go ski, you can also go to the beach. So these are questions that I ask myself. I ask my clients, what do you like to do? And then we find in this radios two hours driving all the things you like to do across the year.

So Tulum for me ticks all these boxes. The other one would be in Southeast Asia. As I mentioned, if you place one that also gives you driving licenses, residency, even citizenship, which is possible in Mexico, you can even have a baby.

The baby is going to get instant citizenship. The parents are going to get permanent residency. And then after just a year, bam, plus the bureaucracy, maybe two years, two years and a half, but bam, you have Mexican citizenship as well.

So you can then enjoy enchiladas, itacos, like a proper Mexican. Think about this when you set a base. And this is something that I believe Mexico is stronger than Southeast Asia, which is much more difficult to get any residency, permanent or citizenship.

However, another interesting one which I'm going to cover in another video is in South America. Imagine you can go to Brazil or Paraguay or Argentina, set a base there and as well, boom, have another radius of action, 3-hour flight, hours driving. So this is something that you want to plan ahead because in a matter of one year, five years, 10 years depending on how much money you have to speed things up and buy properties and get all these residencies, citizenship done or even if you're planning to have family and babies, in a matter of one to 10 years, you know, one one of the fastest five would be normal 10 years could be set up so well with three different bases around the world.

That would be amazing. Then you can add a fourth one if you even want. Tell me what are your bases. I'm curious to know. I'm going to check the comments. Maybe I get some ideas and places I I will visit after this, but these are mine, the ones that I shared.

Have everything everything here. So, we can really really have a nice workout. Other gyms you are so limited, but not this one. So, let's start with the jump rope. So, the jump rope, it's something that you will be using for boxing, for running.

So, different ways I use it personally to improve my mile times. I'm running at 4 minutes 46 seconds the mile focusing on being accurate, not failing. And then you can mix jumps, lateral, anything you want really. So, usually this my heart is up.

I'm warmed up. So, I can then do push-ups. I can do shallow boxing. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. And then you crack some pull-ups. Just get it done. Then you also want to practice handstands. Another good tip that I learned from a coach is instead of trying to the handstand like directly on your feet.

Just work your way up from here and try to get stable, you know. Play with this, play with this. Turn your head up, down. So, this teaches you pulling, pushing different planes of movement, coordination, explosiveness, everything.

You don't just want to be like, oh, buff and have big arms, but then what, you know, can you fight? That's the thing. So, I want to be a well-round athlete. And one things helps with the other. End of the yapping. Let's continue with the training.

Then after a quick hydration, we go to the sauna because it's equally important to train than to recover. Luxury five-star hotels, premium curated experiences, business class and first class flights, personal travel assistance across the world, and much much more. How much do you think this lifestyle costs per month? People think that this lifestyle costs $25,000.

But I'm going to deme that thing for you right now because it does not that much money to live the lifestyle that I do, the first class lifestyle. Because you might see me in Switzer shooting in Buenos Irres in Belgrade, the San Regis, the luxury collections, the best of the best. However, even if it's a $1,000 property or $1,100 night in that suite, you think I pay that money.

Let me be honest with you. I don't want to flex here. Oh, I'm spending $25,000. I could because I could show you the prices from the website, but it's not what I'm paying. I pay 10% of that price, sometimes even for free because I just get it purely with points, merit points.

I travel high. The same with the flights. I could just say, "Oh, the capiar, the shower in the sky." But I would not be telling the truth. I don't pay the full price of those things. I just get it for 300 bucks, 445. You can just see the full video where I share the price, the real price that I pay for an Emirates flight in first class to buy to Bangkok where we're shooting today in the Mandarin Oriental.

Then when I come here, am I staying in the $2,000 ultra luxury suit? No, I'm not. I come here for the beautiful tea time at the author's lounge for $60 and I can have a big tea set can have unlimited food on these little pastries that they bring tailored to you whatever it's your preference.

So I just take the best of every place but I'm having breakfast for free because it's included in my platinum subscription in the elite status that I have in Marriott. I can have the dinner for example when I'm staying at a JV Marriott. I can have the buffet at the executive lounge also for free.

So basically I'm paying sometimes $120 per night to stay in these super sweets or with points for free and I get two meals unlimited buffet per day included. So basically if you count that the dinner would be let's say $100 and the breakfast 60 $160. I'm getting paid $40 to just stay there paying just 120 or I'm getting paid 160 to stay there for free.

So here how see how I'm playing this out. I'm basically just running ads. I have software, anything literally like payroll. So many little things that add up. The taxes that we are ordering now. So many things that add up that you just put it through the right credit cards with the right multipliers.

We are here with Manuel, sales manager in Aulik. Hi, good to see you. Hi Mikuel. Yeah, good to see you. Talking about this development Tulum and what's the future of this city has some interesting news right now. You see something that's not it's not going to be what's going to be in 5 years.

He has some insider information and he's going to explain more about Asik. What's what's the project? How is leading Tulum? Asik leading Tulum since 20 years ago. Asik starts just like an village, a small village in front of the beach.

After that, Asika start growing and uh with a big transformation with restaurants, with museums, with clothes stores and now a real estate unit. Mhm. So it's it's so important to us um expand all this brand in buildings, in apartments, in houses.

So we are so happy. It started with a hotel like 10 years ago more or less. 20 years ago. 20 years ago. You said 20 years ago. Wow. That's crazy. Yeah. 20 years. Where was where were I where was I 20 years ago? Crazy. And uh now it's developing into Wazulik residences after they created for example Umay which is a very similar concept.

Yes. Um it's like 30 minutes from here more or less. Um is a small town like uh 20 minutes from downtown of Tulum [music] and In Umay is a the biggest one museum of Aulik, a restaurant and the creator of Aulik, the founder, Eduardo lives there too.

He has a a a house that win a lot of awards around the world. Yes. Is it public? Can people find pictures on the internet about this house? Yes, the people can find the the house. We'll put it here. Yes. Yeah, we we we're going to put the the link there.

Amazing. Yeah. So, he's leading this creative project. However, he's also supported by a developer, right? Exactly. Exactly. A developer, his name is Diego Johnson. He creates with Eduardo all these big projects because it's not just apartments.

his houses too and Diego create another brands too. So they have a lot of experience in in this these kind of products. Yeah. Because some people might be afraid when they see the renders and they look that good. Are they able to pull off that?

Like is it real that they know how to build it in real life? But actually you then go to my to the museum and you'll see that that's already done. A lot of people ask me, "Manuel, really? [laughter] It's possible?" Yes. But they don't know that already exist.

Yeah. It's like just take the car, access residences have the DNA of that place. So everyone can see that that is real at this moment. Yes. Yeah. We live in a very special moment of Tulum because it's growing. Uh you were mentioning before the the interview we're chatting about going from a small town Kenya aid intermedia exactly what's what's that what's the difference between the two and how does it affect the growth of Tulum and the development this year happened a lot of things with Tulum h special things for example a new airport international airport so this month this month uh the airport had the first 1 million of passengers.

Crazy in one year. So it's it's so special. The train in the Maya train. Yes. The Maya train in this zone starting Tulum too. So the government put a new investment in the zone in in Tulum. Tulum is is going to be a medium city, not a small city.

Mhm. What's mean that is more money for infrastructure in Tulum. So the government will put money to turn it cuz right now it's not an intermediate. It's not a mediumsized city. It's like a small it's going to be now has the funding to become one.

Exactly. Exactly. So in the next five or 10 years, Tulum don't going to stop to to grow grow up about streets, buildings and everything, supermarkets, stores. Yeah. Yeah. Now they talk about streets. What information you have about the streets?

Because man, Letta, it's like Afghanistan war zone. [laughter] Exactly. And you see people say cenotees, but actually when it rains, this street is like a cenote. You know the big holes are like all the places in Tulum. You put the wheel and you land in Australia, you know.

[laughter] It's cenotes. It's a big cenotus everywhere. So [laughter] So what's going to happen? Like how is it going to be fixed? Because I think it's it's going against Tulum. The situation is with this new investment from the government, all the streets, all the infrastructure is going to be ready in maybe 5 years.

It's going to be ready. So a lot of people maybe says eh I don't want to buy in Tulum because look look the streets but they don't know or they they don't think about it that that street is going to be ready in five or less years and the prices is going to be high so they will pay the price exactly of indecision. Exactly.

Exactly. So a lot of places from Tulum just grow without a plan. Mhm. But for example, where is located as the only neighborhood with clanas beginning? Yes. Aliasama and Svasama and Svasama. So all the streets in Alasama and Svasama, there are they're amazing.

Yeah. And something very unique when you see it from the map from the top is like the shape that's very unique. Like what other city have you been in the world that the streets are like like rivers? Yes. Right. I think it's very iconic.

It's so it's so unique. It's it's the people needs to feel it because it's it's just inside of the jungle. So it's so hard to explain what is the place because you feel the place is it's it's amazing uh running into the jungle with all that kind of special architecture around you.

So yeah it's a special place and imagine you are in those streets that are special with a car like the one that is designing and we have the prototype already. We have the prototype ready and you're going to have image. Yeah.

Yeah. We'll put it. We'll put it. Yeah. To show to show. It's such a futuristic car. It's It's a special. It's electric. It's electric and all the shapes are the based in the same shapes of the residences. Oh. So it's it's it's the the little guy the little guy for for the residences.

I see. Yes. Amazing. And now how Azul is planning to shape to continue shaping Tulum and Aldiama Silva Sama like I know that there's a Harin Canal right the garden residences the hotel that it's expanding for example the last time I was here the sunset experience Copa Pinto didn't have a new area that now they put this uh this net that you can just sit there and enjoy so I see that everything it's expanding like what's next for with that different projects community projects touristic projects, residence, apartments, as vas houses, a new hotel with a new wellness zone, new gastronomy zone there.

Where? Here as well. Exactly. A new hotel. Aik Basin is a very big. I didn't know about that one. [laughter] Like that first time, first time I heard about that. That's amazing. Is a big park for children's that is kids park. A asnat is a big museum open air in the jungle with and yeah there's a lot of surprises for all the neighbors.

Okay. So when are we going to have something tangible in Azul residencies when the reception or the towers are going to be built? The reception the lobby is going to be ready this February. So yeah we we're going to February 2025.

Exactly. Boom. February 25 and the apartment is going to be ready December 25. Towers one and two and towers three and four May 26. Boom. So you can come touch it, feel it, see it, believe it, and then you know invest if you feel like it's the right decision.

Yeah. But I was um asking Manuel, where can you find something similar to anywhere else in the world? And it's difficult like really if you're watching this and you know something that it's slightly close to Aleik put it in the comments like we want to know what can be the same quality the community effect the personal brand that as with big c big celebrities from all over the world coming here for weddings.

I've seen pictures uh everything like it's a big celebration place here in Kintanaro in Mexico. Exactly. Exactly. H a lot of people comes here to to see how a soulik is in integrated in the nature and and it's amazing. It's h all the shapes all the the feeling in a sulik is is is so special.

Yes. Yeah. And I don't know if maybe there's a lot of special places around the world but I know that as a very unique place and a very unique project. totally that we cannot share right now. It is still confidential but as may or may not go to other countries.

Yes. May or may not have other similar projects that you have to stay tuned to know more about it. Yeah. Maybe with the with the with the same energy, same love. Maybe a little bit different because loves to integrate all their projects in the nature of the place.

Mhm. So maybe it's going to be a little bit different but with the same magic. Yeah. And something more personal. How is it for you to work with Eduardo with Diego? How is your relationship with them over the years? It's it's a very big school.

Imagine that. Work with a big artist because Eduardo is is an artist. So he lives creating things, imagine things. But Eduardo, he has a very special quality. This is materialisting what the vision is. Yes. Vision imagining. So it's amazing.

See how can a person a people do that? So it's a big song. Wow. And what about with Diego? Diego is a is a very intelligent person about what kind of projects he choose to work. So very intentional. very intentional. He's he has a a very clear vision about what projects are good and nice and nice for for the play.

So yeah, I love work with Diego too. Okay. Excellent. So that's a little bit more insider knowledge of Azolique. I would say as Manuel was saying, come here, feel it. Yes. Like sense it with yourself. I think a really good experience before even considering buying or doing any type of investment.
